Ashok Mittal, Insolvency Professional, on behalf of Dhruv Wellness Limited, informed the BSE Limited that the Committee of Creditors held its seventh meeting on Wednesday, 26th November 2025, via video conferencing, and the meeting was duly concluded, noting that the delay in the intimation was unintentional and due to an oversight.
